Greetings!
|
This Spring we have seen a lot of
rain. April showers flowed into May
rains. But now we have the gentle
summer breezes, plenty of sunshine
and the sweet fragrances of all that
is blooming.
This winter we redecorated the
Veranda Suite. We replaced the
Victorian blue and mauve color
scheme with rich tans, browns and
gold tones. The suite feels larger,
brighter and more inviting. We have
also added the Tree Top suite
located in the Sweet House. The
Tree Top suite now has a separate
large sitting room with a full size
sofa, side chair with ottoman and a
large flat screen TV, two baths (one
with a double size Jacuzzi), and a
queen bedroom. We have now
redecorated 7 of our bedrooms and
the breakfast room, so if you
haven't been back lately, come and
check them out. We'd love to have
your feedback!
Since our last news letter we have
received news of our oldest son's
continued tour of duty assignment.
We are very thankful and happy that
the rest of his tour will continue
in Virginia Beach, Va. He will
continue to fly the F18 Super Hornet
for the U. S. Navy. This means more
trips for Jan to Virginia to see the
grandson (Reece). |
